What is a virtual secretary?
A Virtual secretary is an experienced professional working from their own office with their own equipment and providing you with a service you used only to be able to access if you employed a PA/administrative assistant. This is very cost effective as you only pay for productive time so no internal costs incurred by yourselves as there are no staff to employ.
Assignments are handled by telephone, fax, email and post – electronically sent documents of course being the quickest means of delivery, especially if you require urgent documents to be completed (we also accept scanned documents). Employ us on a regular, ad hoc or a one-off basis, whichever suits your requirements best – no job is too small.
The finished product is then returned in the format of your choice – i.e. electronically direct to your email address, faxed, CD or by mail.
